Is it possible to change my date?
While not ideal, sometimes things come up and we have to reschedule. We’re always happy to work with you as much as possible, but with short notice there may be a fee for changing your booking date.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any sessions rescheduled within 7 days of the session will forfeit any potential refund. Client will be responsible for rescheduling within 6 months of original date, and may be responsible for a reschedule fee depending on circumstances.
How does the invoice process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your session.
What is the process for booking?
You can utilize our online booking tools for any mini session. If your session requires more assistance, or you’d like to collaborate with us, feel free to drop us a message or submit a “contact me” form!
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
You will automatically receive a receipt upon payment, but if you have lost it or need us to resend, just let us know.
